GORILLA TREKKING EXPRESS
Bwindi Impenetrable is a park located South western
Uganda. It is often referred to as Impenetrable forest
as well as perceived to be a Mountain Gorilla sanctuary
even though it has more than ten other species of
primates e.g. chimpanzees, Columbus monkeys, baboons
among others. Bwindi Impenetrable also encompass one of
the richest areas in Africa for flora and fauna. Gorilla
trackers are advised to be patient and prepared to
scramble through more bushes than would be necessary
since the gorillas are not habituated to human contact.

southwest and across the Equator. You drive through
Savannah grasslands seeing banana plantations and herds
of Ankole cattle with their incredibly long curving

and mountain scenery. Drive through to the gorilla
sanctuary. Overnight at you Gorilla Forest Camp or in
one of the bandas in the forest, L,D.
DAY 2: An early rise being the best time to enjoy the
beauty and freshness of the forest, home of the mountain
gorillas. After a short briefing by the guides, proceed
through dense bush to trek for these endangered animals.
Other primates living in the forest include the
black-and-white Columbus monkey, red tail monkey and
chimpanzee. Return to your Luxury Camp or Banda dinner
and overnight, B,L,D.
